Hotel Victoria

I spend 3 nights with my friends from June 08,2016 to June 11,2016. Actually i am little bit disappointed with services. Room Service was not 24*7. Time 6am to 10:30 pm, when i checked in Room was not cleaned properly. Some maintenance problems was there, There was no room service menu card. When I call, they given me a A4 size xerox photocopy of Room Service Menu Card.

One more thing last day housekeeping doesn't come to clean my room. Evening time when i come to reception and said this problem then they send a housekeeper for cleaning!!! Which is really pathetic!!!! Food was good and Staff was really good.

Overall our stay was good. Little suggestion - Need to improve service , at least Housekeeping Service because room was so dirty. (Housekeeping Please check - Up of Fans, Backside of TV, Under the Bed, Up of the Curtains etc.
